Steamer Cover, Queen Victoria, 4 Annas, 1865, Sent from Bombay to Aden, Green round dispatch cancellation seal marked “BOMBAY | INDIA PAID | APR 8 | 65”, Duplex seal of open “1” in 10 lined obligatory seal in Green, delivery seal marked “ADEN-STR-POINT | 16 AP | 65”, Not listed by BC but Similar between BC # 4h & 4h (i), excellent condition, Rare.

 Note: While the Aden Steamer Point was a crucial refueling and coaling station for steamships during the late 19th century, it was also known as Aden Port or Aden Dockyard. It was the strategic location along the maritime trade routes that contributed to the importance of the Aden Steamer Point in 1865.
