Oakland Raiders Wesley ''Cowboy'' Fry typed letter signed, dated 6 February 1961, on Raiders letterhead. He signs, ''Wes Fry'' above his ''Director of Player Personnel'' title. Fry began with the Raiders in 1960, the first year of the team. The letter on behalf of General Manager Charles Soda requests the address of a football player, Dick Posewitz; Fry would replace Soda as General Manager. Minor toning to 7.25'' x 10.5'' letter, else near fine.
