In addition to signing his name, Rocket also inscribed +IBw-88 National Champs+IB0 on the item. Raghib +IBw-Rocket+IB0 Ismail is a retired NFL Wide Receiver/Kick Starter, he played in the NFL for 10 years. Rocket came to prominence as the wide receiver for Notre Dame when they won the College Football National Championship in 1988.
