(1911 - 1967) Dallas nightclub owner who shot and killed Lee Harvey Oswald following Oswald's assassination of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963. Rare A.D.S. 1p. 16mo., [n.p., n.d.], a handwritten admittance ticket written on the back of a printed ticket to his Dallas nightclub, The Carousel Club! In full: ""Admit party Vegas Clerk [?] Jack Ruby."" On the verso, the card reads: ""Dallas only continuous floor showàYour host: Jack Ruby."" The Carousel Club was Ruby's best-known strip club, and was frequented by many Dallas policemen. Handsomely presented dark blue linen accents, a black and brass biographical plaque and a 5"" x 7"" b/w image of Ruby shooting Oswald in a dark wood carved frame. Laminated, unexamined out of frame.
