Catalog descriptions may contain errors. Kidd Family Auctions assumes no liability for errors or omissions, and bidders agree that no claims, disputes, or legal action will be made regarding authenticity, condition, or safe operation.

U.S. BIDDERS: Due to U.S. postal tariffs (effective Sept 2025), we are unable to ship any item other than firearms (via a broker) to the United States. If a U.S. bidder wins an item, payment is still required but the item will not be shipped. Instead, we will work with the buyer to determine if the item can be resold in a future auction, at which point the buyer becomes the consignor. Worldwide shipping to other destinations remains available. For questions, please call 519-288-2228.
RESERVES: A few items may carry a reserve. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw items or bids from any consignor in violation of this policy.
