Auction Overview
ONLINE SALES: ROCK AND ROLL OVER #24 & VINTAGE EPHEMERA auction will be conducted on-line only on Saturday June 29th, 2013 and begin at 9 AM (PST). All lots are available for on-line bidding through this site.
You may bid on-line at icollector.com with direct bids.
Payment for won items is expected following completion of the auction, an invoice form will be issued and sent by e-mail from a representative of ONLINE SALES.

Values set forth on items are fair market value estimates. EVERYTHING IS SOLD "AS IS" with condition as noted and without any representations or warranties by ONLINE SALES as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, the correctness of the catalog or other description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, provenance, exhibitions, literature or historical relevance of any property and no statement anywhere, whether oral or written, whether made in the catalog, an advertisement, on-line, a bill of sale, a salesroom posting or announcement, or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation or assumption of liability. ONLINE SALES gives no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to whether the purchaser acquires any copyrights, including but not limited to, any reproduction rights in any property. ONLINE SALES is NOT responsible for errors and omissions in the catalog, on-line, or any supplemental material.
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be honored between the purchaser and ONLINE SALES. ONLINE SALES is not obligated to offer any exchange or refund.
No statements made at the sale, in the item description, on the invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a representation or warranty or be subject to liability. Purchasers are advised to inspect and satisfy themselves of the items being sold prior to the sale.
Some lots in the sale may be subject to a reserve. The reserve is a confidential minimum price agreed upon between ONLINE SALES and the owner of the item.
The highest bidder is the purchaser as determined by the auctioneer. Shall a dispute on a bid arise, the auctioneer will have sole discretion in determining the purchaser, or to cancel the sale, or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, ONLINE SALES sale record is conclusive.
There is a 10% buyer's premium added to hammer price.
For items purchased through iCollector.com, ONLINE SALES. will contact and send an invoice to all winning bidders via e-mail at the completion of the auction.
Payment can be made by via PAYPAL, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. ONLINE SALES expects payment to be made within THREE DAYS of the auction ending.
The purchaser, not ONLINE SALES nor the prior owner of the item, assumes all risks and responsibilities for items purchased at the time the highest bidder is acknowledged by the auctioneer.
Once payment has been made, a SECOND shipping invoice will be sent to the winning bidder. This invoice will include the costs for shipping your winning lot(s) from Minneapolis, MN to the address you desire. The costs will also include packing material such as tubes and envelopes. Any merchandise not paid for in full (total purchase price + buyers premium + shipping fees) will be kept in storage no more than 30 days. After 30 days the merchandise becomes the full and complete property of ONLINE SALES with no exception. Any item not paid for (either/and/or purchase price or shipping fees) will result in an open dispute at iCollector web site - and may limit your future bidding potential on future ONLINE SALES auctions as well as other auction houses. ONLINE SALES REPORTS all bidders names on unpaid items.
These terms and conditions, and the respective rights hereunder, shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. By bidding at the auction, the purchaser shall be deemed to have consented to the jurisdiction of the state courts of, and the federal courts sitting in, the State of Minnesota.
If any single applicable term or condition is not complied with by the purchaser, the purchaser shall be in default and in addition to any and all other remedies available to ONLINE SALES. by law, including, without limitation, the right hold the purchaser liable for the total purchase price, including all fees, charges and expenses associated therewith, and ONLINE SALES may, at its option, (a) cancel the sale of that, or any other lot or lots sold to the defaulting purchaser, retaining as liquidated damages all payments made by the purchaser, or (b) resell the purchased property, whether at public auction or by private sale, or (c) effect any combination thereof. In any case, the purchaser will be liable for any deficiencies, costs, expenses or fees (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) incidental to such default. In no event shall ONLINE SALES liability to any purchaser exceed the purchase price actually paid.
