This special limited edition was inspired by the Academy Award winning animated cartoon characters from Touchstone Pictures and Amblin Entertainment's Who Framed Roger Rabbit? (1988). This specially created image "frames" each of the film's lead characters Benny the Cab, Roger Rabbit, Jessica Rabbit, and Baby Herman on a cartoon wall with illustrated frames. Additionally, this piece's matting is signed "Happy 10th Anniversary, Roger Rabbit" by "the voice" of Roger Rabbit, Charles Fleischer, and followed by the actor's inventive signature. The signed mat, hand painted cel, and lithographic background are ready to be assembled, mounted, and placed in the frame of your choice! The work has been numbered (LL) and stamped with the Disney copyright seal (LR). "The Walt Disney Studios has created these character images using traditional animation techniques. The original animation drawings were transferred to acetate cels by a special six-step xerographic process. Artists of the Walt Disney Studio Ink and Paint Department then enhanced the cels with three hand-inked lines and hand painted each of the cels in the edition with 38 Disney-approved acrylic colors. Two special effect colors were then added. Each mat in this edition has been signed by Charles Fleischer, the voice talent behind Roger Rabbit and Bennie the Cab, to commemorate the film's 10th anniversary."

Entire Agreement; Waiver. This Agreement, including the Universal’s User Agreement and all exhibits and other documents are incorporated herein by reference, set forth the entire understanding and agreement of the parties and supersede any and all other written or oral agreements or understandings between the parties as to the subject matter of this Agreement. In the event of an inconsistency between this Agreement and any other document, which is part of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern. From time to time during the term of this Agreement, Universal Collectibles, Universal B&I or Universal Live Auctions may amend this Agreement (including any incorporated documents) by posting the amended terms on any Universal site, emailing notice of the amendment to the Buyer, or otherwise communicating such amendment to the Buyer. Each amendment will be effective immediately after it is initially posted on any Universal site, emailed to the Buyer, or otherwise communicated to the Buyer. The waiver of a breach of any provision of this Agreement will not operate or be interpreted as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
