He writes to Emery Moore in part, “<i>Following my usual custom with reference to new members of the Young Men’s Bible Class I am venturing to inquire regarding your position in relation to the Christian life and church affiliation...I am convinced from my own experience that the greatest joy in life comes from Christian service and association, I earnestly covet this joy for you</i>...” Boldly signed. His son, </span><b><span style='font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:windowtext; text-transform:uppercase'>Nelson Rockefeller</span></b><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial; color:windowtext'> (1908-1979), served as Vice President under Gerald Ford (1974-1977); and governor of New York (1958-73), TLS as Governor, 1p, 4to, Albany, Apr 16, 1962. On State of New York Executive Chamber letterhead to Dr. Anderson inviting him “<i>to a Conference on Aging which the New York State Office for the Aging...at the Hotel Sheraton</i>.” Boldly signed.
