<hr align=left size=5 width=33% color=#778899>Two Presidents, one who engineered a stock market boom in the 20s and one who had to deal with the aftermath of its collapse. <b><font size=-1>Calvin Coolidge</font></b> (1872-1933), thirtieth President of the United States (1923-1929), who took office after the death of Warren G. Harding and encouraged business speculation. Boldly signed album leaf, annotated “<i>3/24/1931 / Northampton, Mass.</i>” in another hand. Plus his successor <b><font size=-1>Herbert Hoover</font></b> (1874-1964) who was unable to stem the rising tide of unemployment. Waldorf-Astoria note card boldly signed on verso. Annotated in another hand “<i>March 1933</i>.” Album leaf evidences general toning and foxing at edges; three holes at left edge; two holes at top edge of card; o/w VG.

11. All bidding is done in a competitive manner. The
winning bid will always be one bidding increment
over the second highest bid. The minimum
acceptable bid for any lot is 50% of the low
estimate given in the item description or $25,
whichever is higher.

12. Payment is expected immediately upon receipt of
invoice. All accounts are payable to Signature
House. Payment must be made in U.S. funds. Wire
transfer details are available upon request.
West Virginia residents will pay a sales tax of
6% unless a resale number is filed with us prior
to the closing date. For sales outside of the USA
a credit card is requested.

13. Shipment is made via U.S. Postal Service or
Airborne unless otherwise instructed. Handling,
shipping and insurance charges are added to the
invoice. Oversize and foreign shipments are subject
to increased charges. All items are shipped
immediately upon receipt of payment.

14. Golden Guarantee: All material is returnable within
seven days providing that it comes back in the same
condition. There is a lifetime guarantee on
authenticity to the original purchaser. The item(s)
must be returned with two letters denying it’s
authenticity by expert authenticators acceptable
to both parties.
