1) SPANISH REMINGTON ROLLING BLOCK. Cal. 43 Spanish. NSN. Bbl. 35". Blade front sight. Ladder rear sight. Remington made Spanish Rolling Block rifle was 1886 being last tang patent date. Left rear of bbl. has faint fleur d'lis marking. Rear bbl. top marked "202 US". added "QA No LVII" marking. Butt stock has a couple sets of added initials. Walnut stock set with bottom mounted sling swivels. Ramrod present. CONDITION: stock has a sanded appearance with metal being proud of wood in different areas, scattered chipping, gouges, dings, handling marks, cracks & scratches. Metal is varying colors of dull gray patina with pitting along bbl., scattered dings & overall oxidation. Action functions properly when hand cycled. Worn dark bore with pitting, oxidation & worn rifling. (01-27811/MJC). 2) ITALIAN PEDERSOLI HAWKEN STYLE PERCUSSION. Cal. 50. S# DA127051. Mfg. 2014. Appears to be a Missouri River Hawken with 32" oct. bbl. German silver blade front sight & semi buckhorn adj. rear sight. Case colored lock. Double set triggers. Wedge fastened hardwood stock w/ finger curl triggerguard, crescent buttplate, hardwood ramrod & cheekpiece. CONDITION: very good brown & case color finish showing peppery patina & scattered light marks. Very good wood finish with scattered marks. Shiny strong rifling with light oxidation. (01-27813/MD). BOTH ANTIQUE. $600-1,000.
