Partly printed DS, 1p, 2½"x10", Warren, AK, Aug 6, 1866. Probably printed for A.B. Coward who ran for Sheriff, the only one whose name is imprinted on the broadside. Though this voter did not vote for Coward, he completed the ticket, crossing out Coward’s name and writing in his choice. Coward, however, was reelected to office. Light general toning; o/w VG.</span></p>

1. Auction Catalogue No. 19 is a Mail, Fax, Phone, Email and
Internet Live Bid Auction and is conducted under the laws of the State
of West Virginia by Gil Griggs, Licensee of Charleston, W. V. License
No. 002.
2. Absentee bid closing date is April 5th, 2002, 10:00 PM EST.
3. There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium charged on the final hammer price
of each lot. An additional 2½% Premium will be added to any lots
purchased through ebayliveauctions.com.
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any
reason.

6. In the event of duplicate high bids, the earliest bid received
will be the winner.

sales tax of 6% unless a resale number is filed with us prior to the closing date. For sales outside of the USA a

14. Golden Guarantee: All material is returnable within seven day
providing that it comes back in the same condition. There is a

15. The placing of a bid shall constitute acceptance of the
preceding terms and conditions of sale.
