RARE MEMPHIS CIVIL WAR BROADSIDE. A 17 x 24" broadside with "Regulations and Executive and Official Orders, Governing the Purchase of Products in Insurrectionary States." It includes not only orders from President Lincoln, but also Secretaries of Treasury, War, Navy, etc., most orders dated in the fall of 1864. "Printed and for Sale at the Memphis Bulletin Job Office...." Folds with toning along same, paper loss particularly along center fold affecting only a few words, one edge somewhat scuffed but this does not affect text.
