An outstanding Meissen handled cane with tau type porcelain figural handle, 3" high x 4.5" long with woman's headwearing elaborate black lace collar. Body of handle has wonderful landscape with courting couple and severalsmaller floral & landscape vignettes. Mounted on a nice malacca tapered shaft with silver eyelets and 3" hornferrule. Total length 36".Slight wear to original finish of shaft, especially near ferrule.(EST 1000- 1500)
