RARE "FREMONT-LINCOLN" CAMPAIGN RIBBON. Republican ribbon, most likely from a campaign at the turn-of-the century, noting the owner had voted for the first Republican to seek the presidency, John Charles Fremont, and then voted for Standard-bearer of the Party in '60 and '64 -- the first elected Republican, Lincoln. Blue on cream, a few light pulls, quite an unusual testament to supporting the platform... from someone who actually voted!
