<B>Queen Anne of England Signature,</B></I> "<I>Anne R</B></I>", 7" x 4.75", excised from a larger document. Tears at all four corners and reinforcing tape on the reverse, else near fine. Anne became Queen of England, Scotland, and Ireland on March 8,1702, succeeding William III of England. Because she died without surviving issue, Anne was the last monarch of the House of Stuart.
