<B>Quarter Plate Tintype in Thermoplastic Wall Frame</B></I>, 5.25” x 6.25”, ca. mid-1860s or later, this delightful portrait of a pugnacious tyke is mounted to hang on display rather than being sealed in a lidded case per usual. The frame’s borders consist of embossed foliate and geometric patterns. Decent emulsion, one small hairline to back of frame.
