Antique mutton fat white jade carving in shape of a boy riding a giant bird holding a sprig in its beak. It dates to Qing period and is in perfect condition for its age. Size: 2.2" X 2" (5.5 cm. X 5 cm.). High quality of white jade with almost no inclusions present. The price of Khotan white jade (even modern carvings) increased 10 times fold due to the tremendous demand of buyers from China. Retail value: $2500.
