Almon, 1765), second edition, 52 pages plus two pages of advertising, modern wrappers, 8vo (5.5" x 8.25"). Otis wrote <I>Considerations</B></I> in order to expand on his 1764 pamphlet titled <I>The Rights of the British Colonies Asserted and Proved</B></I> and to further his belief in the theory of equal representation.
