Prototype or patent model cylinder for Le Mat teat fire ignition cylinder (9 Shot) 12mm, pictured and discussed in the Le Mat book on page 22 by Serpette. The long description in French seems to say that the bore through cylinder was protectedby the Rollin and White patent and we surmise that this was the reason a teat fire was not produced. The condition is excellent and this cylinder was recently obtained in France from the Serpette collection. Est.: $800-$1600
