Private Cover, 1954, 1 Anna & 2 Annas stamps of डाक टिकट शताब्दी, cancelled with 2 round pictorial seals signifying India’s postal journey of 100 years from a postman on foot to Airmail and text as “INDIA POSTAGE STAMP CENTENARY | 1-10-54 | MADRAS G.P.O.”, photo/image of Queen Victoria 1 Anna lithographs block of 8 with 9X9 diamomd dots cancellation, 2 red stamps of Queen Victoria 1 Anna with hexagonal cancellations, addressed to “Mr. G.S. Fredericks, C/o. The Postmaster G.P.O. Madras 1.”, and printed on the top of the cover as “INDIA – STAMP CENTENARY – 1854-1954”, good condition, Rare.
