C/O G.P.O., Bombay to Rome, by Italian Pensioner “Mr. Bertini Emmis”, No. 69130, Rank of Officer “Lieutenant” of Wing No. 2. Octagonal seal in Black ink with Crown on top and “Passed | DHP | 4” at front of the cover along with “DHP/34” blue rubber seal, excellent condition, Rare.
