<B>Princess Helena Ed :<I> Alice; Grand Duchess of Hesse, Princess of Great Britain and Ireland, Biographical Sketch and Letters.</B></I></B></I> (New York and London: G. P. Putnam's Sons, 1884), 415 pages, dark blue cloth covers with beveled edges, a gilt coronet and lettering on front and spine, 8vo (5.75" x 8.25). The book is in good condition although the spine is bumped and worn with fraying to cloth. The corners are bumped and worn. There is a pencil inscription on the flyleaf dated 1884. Frontispiece portrait has a foxed tissue guard.
