Condition: Fine. The revolver retains 80% plus original blue finish with muzzle wear and some thinning on the barrel, thinning on the outer edge of the ejector housing and some light scratches on the cylinder. The front and back strap have a brown patina with some minor spotting on the back strap. The trigger guard bow is thinning, as well as the area around the trigger. The top of the back strap and remaining trigger guard areas retain the original blue finish. The frame retains 40% original bright case colors mainly in the protected areas with a smooth gray patina on the balance. The period custom replacement stag grips are excellent. The markings remain crisp and clear. The action is out of time, but functions. Needs minor work. The holster is good with some moderate wear and some of the leather is flaking at the top.
