<p>Bolaffi is very pleased to announce its auction of a very fine Movie and Vintage Posters selection. The sale will take place on the 31st of May at its headquarters in Turin, Italy.

<p>During the two sessions will be offered more than 900 posters. Tourism, fashion, motors and sport will be prevalent among the featured themes also for relevance of material. Rinascente, Mercedes, Omega, Impermeabili Moretti are the brands of some of the most notable items featured in the sale.

<p>Beautiful Venezia, Capri, Grado, Lago di Como, Lago Maggiore and St. Moritz images are reproduced on very delicate tourism posters dedicated to these very prominent vacation resorts.

<p>A strong Cinema section includes a very prestigious collection of posters of mute and first sonorous movies (among the other titles there is the 1st Italian edition of “The gold rush” dated 1925 and two different posters of “Il cantante pazzo” ).
Last but not least the sensational poster of “Ombre Rosse” with John Wayne painted in 1940.
