lot of 53 silver gelatin photographs from the files of the Plain Dealer, Cleveland; includes 33 images of a Navajo family, following their daily activities or weaving, tending sheep and goats and taking care of their children; 14 images of Hopis, showing a series with a Hopi potter and a series illustrating the Butterfly Dance; three images taken at Zuni; and three pictures illustrating two women grinding corn, one portrait of a man, and a group of pueblo women standing at a train station in Albuquerque; most images have typed captions attached to bottoms of photographs, 5" x 7".
