Matte-finish 10 x 8 press photo of four 1972 Democratic presidential hopefuls posing with Governor Patrick Lucey of Wisconsin at the Jefferson-Jackson Day Dinner, signed in black felt tip and ink by all four: Ed Muskie, Harold E. Hughes, Birch Bayh, and George McGovern. In very good condition, with scattered creases to bottom portion, paperclip impression to top edge, some scattered light silvering, and a bit of light contrast to McGovern’s signature. Accompanied by a 1972 TLS from Muskie acknowledging the photo, as well as a smaller photocopy of the portrait, signed in black ink by Muskie.
