Inside the envelope is a twenty dollar bill minted in 1929 and an autograph note signed &#40;&#34;FDR&#34;&#41; as President, on ruled paper. In full, &#34;Grace - / With love from FDR.&#34; Near fine to fine.<BR><BR>Grace G. Tully was one of FDR&#39;s longest-serving secretaries. She was a devout Catholic, and her brother was an ordained priest. This note was most likely FDR&#39;s idea of a joke.
