Very fine. The blade retains 85% of the original mirror finish with some spotting overall. The acid etched engraving is clear. The hilt has aged to a deep golden yellow, and the ray skin is very good. The inscription on the folding counter guard is clear. The scabbard is excellent with some frosting and handling marks.
