Prehistoric Jornada Mogollon Large Redware Bowl. Red with lots of fireclouds on this ''as found'' condition bowl A few small chips on the rim, but heavy and solid bowl that sits up well. It has an ''inverted'' rim (slopes in). Measures 5''Hx9''W. Prehistoric pottery found on private ranchland near Arabela-Bluewater in South Central New Mexico and acquired in accordance with all state and federal regulations. Items date from 900-1400 A.D. and were produced by the Jornado branch of the Mogollon culture. Some Casas Grande and El Paso prehistoric pottery was also found in these same sites.
