Pre-war luggage type carrying case with fitted interior for Colt Woodsman pistol. The exterior the case is a thin brown leather and remains in fair to good condition with some scrapes, tatters, and normal aging. Theinterior the case is lined in the French style using a cotton velveteen. The interior the case shows some slight tears and is fair to good showing its age. The lock shows Eagle lock company marking from Terryville,Connecticut, USA. This case contained a factory engraved pre-war Woodsman at one time. From the collection of Joe Kiser former president of Colt Collectors Association and one of the Western United States mostrenowned old-time collectors. Est.: $400-$800
