Pre-World War II Walther PPK Pistol with SA Marked Leather Holster

This is a very scarce pre-war Walther PPK pistol with remarked SA slide markings and an original pre-war brown leather holster. This is a very unusual "SA" property slide marking that is doubtful in origin. The right front flat of the slide is panographed "S.A. 53 STURM ABTEILUNG". The left side of the slide has the standard Walther Banner markings followed by the two line Walther factory markings, followed by "MOD PPK. It has the standard "Crown/N" proofs on the slide, chamber are and muzzle of the barrel. The slide is fitted with fixed sights and has the early 60 degree safety, ring hammer, and checkered mottled brown Walther banner grips. It currently has one Walther marked magazine with the brown plastic finger extension base plate. It is complete with a very rare original, pre-war "SA" stamped brown leather holster that is marked on the front flap with the smaller, "D.R.G.M./Crossed Rifles". This holster was the regulation/standard issue pre-war leather holster that was issued to all high ranking SA officers and senior members.

Guage: 7.65 mm auto
Finish: blue
Grips: brown plastic

Very good as remarked and partially refinished (right side of slide has cold blue) with traces of blue finish on the balance, showing thinning and blue loss on the front grip strap. The grips are very good with nice color and checkering overall. The holster is good with a nice original medium brown color with tight stitching and showing scuff marks on the top and front edge of the flap. The lower markings are clear and sharp with the upper "SA" markings on the flap visible.
