Manufactured in 1937 and chambered in the rare 250-3000 Savage cartridge with British proofs stamped on the left side of the barrel and receiver at the breech. Hooded ramp front sight, rear sight removed for a scope block and J.W. Fecker scope adjustable for windage and elevation. Standard Winchester markings including the factory proof at the breech and receiver at the breech. Blue bolt not numbered with a British proof on the bolt knob, pre-war safety and cloverleaf receiver tang. Pistol grip stock with multi-point checkering, diamond inlays, ebony forend, grip cap, sling swivel studs and checkered steel buttplate.

Fine as period refinished. The rifle retains 90% of the blue finish with the floor plate and trigger guard thinning to a brown and some loss at the muzzle. The embellished stock is fine with some scattered minor handling marks and re-cut checkering. Mechanically excellent. Scope has hazy optics.
