Manufactured circa 1910 in Prussia by J.P. Sauer. No import marks found. Maker marked 26" Krupp Fluid steel barrels with raised matted rib, bead front sight, ejectors, 2-3/4" chambers and choked Full and Modified. Krupp steel marking circling breeches. case-hardened boxlock action with floral and game scene engraved frame with side clips, Greener crossbolt, double triggers and automatic safety. Walnut round knob checkered pistol grip stock with German silver vanity plate and period leather faced recoil pad. Matching walnut checkered splinter forearm with latch release. CONDITION
