Pre-War Polish Eagle VIS-35 Radom Semi-Automatic Pistol, #36222, 9mm, 4-1/2'' barrel, blue finish, factory black checkered plastic grips showing ''FB'' and ''VIS'' markings, with manual safety, decocking lever, and slotted for shoulder stock. Left side slide legend marked ''FB Radom/1939'' with ''r'', Polish eagle, and ''VIS-wz35/pat. Nr.15567''. Includes one correct 8-round magazine. According to Jan Still, German armored columns crushed all resistance and occupied Poland in less than a month. Radoms, captured as a result of this occupation, were likely reissued to the Waffen SS and SS Police divisions. Condition is excellent retaining approx. 98% blue with very light wear at muzzle area of slide, in actioning area of decocking lever and trigger, as well as beside lower portion of grip safety. Grips are crisp and sharp with only the slightest near imperceptible impression to right panel. Action is crisp, bore is about fine with very light frosting in grooves. Est.: $3,000-$5,000. (C&R)
