Fine. The barrels retain 60% original blue finish with the left rear 10" showing a smooth brownish gray patina. There are a few minor scratches and handling marks. The trigger guard retains 80% original thinning blue finish. The casehardened surfaces have a smooth gray patina. The engraving is sharp. The wood has been refurbished with a coat of varnish and remains excellent with a small gouge and chip on the cheekpiece and overall a few minor handling marks. The markings are clear. The mechanics are excellent. The scope is excellent with clear optics.
