Pre-War Colt Single Action Army Revolver
Manufactured in 1903. Blade front and notch rear sights, with the one line Hartford address on top of the barrel with the left side marked "41 COLT". Has a spring loaded cylinder pin retainer and lanyard loop. The left side of the frame is marked with the two line, three patent dates marking followed by a circled Rampant Colt. Matching serial number on frame, trigger guard and backstrap. The grips are replacement, very fancy walnut that fit very well.

Condition: Very Good. The barrel and cylinder show approximately 30% of the original blue finish with the balance a smooth gray patina. The ejector rod housing has minor pitting scattered overall as does the frame and cylinder. The grip straps are nearly clean with a smooth gray patina and some blue ahead of the trigger guard and in protected areas. Minor dings and handling marks overall. The custom made burl walnut grips are fine with a few minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
