The Baron von Poschinger family has made Poschinger glass since 1568, when Joachim Poschinger took ownership of a glass factory near Frauenau, near the Czech border. The family Baron von Poschinger is one of the oldest in Bavaria.

Over the centuries, the von Poschingers have manufactured tableware, lead crystal (including stemware), and blown, handmade, and decorated glass. Its art nouveau iridescent glass rivals that of Loetz in its beauty and value.

Well-regarded artists and designers have worked for Poschinger glass through the years and created their stunning pieces. Poschinger stemware and drinking glasses have regaled the tables of princes and kings.

Here is a stunning goblet in cranberry lead crystal in the PCH4 pattern. It features a cranberry bowl with a clear crystal twist stem. It is aperitif size.

The goblet stands 4 1/2 inches tall and is 3 inches across, with a 2 5/8-inch base. IT IS RARE AND HARD TO FIND.

The price given is per aperitif. However, I have 5 available, all in fine condition with the exception of one with a small rim chip which can be easily polished off. All five (5) can be purchased for a set price of $175, which includes a 55 % discount for the aperitif with the rim chip.

Pictures show the aperitif with and without flash.

This aperitif is gorgeous!
