In the foreword, O'Neill describes his play as ''an attempt to render poetic justice to'' Marco Polo, remembered as ''...an extravagant romancer...a prophet without honor...'' Light toning to 180pp. book with small tears to some pages; toning to paper backstrip. Significant chipping and tape repair to original slipcase. Overall very good.
