Platinum print by Charles Schreyvogel entitled “Saving The Mail” circa 1900 in old period frame. Charles Schreyvogel was in the top tier of Western artists at the turn-of-the-century and his work entitled “My Bunkie” won 1st prize at the National Academy of Design in 1900 the same year this print was issued. The print measures approximately 20” x 15” and it is in good condition showing normal aging process with some small areas of minor spotting. The print is executed in such away that it appears to have brushstrokes and looks like a gouache although it is actually a print. Est.: $1000-$2000
