. 5 3/4" x 9 1/4" platinum print by John Claude White. White was the photographer for the Younghusband Military Expedition to Tibet in 1904 that compelled the Dalai Lama to accept Western trade. In 1907-08 White issued portfolios with many platinum prints of his images. Interesting image. No damage but just slightly light.
