Original inflatable Pink Floyd cow’s udder, approximately 15? in diameter and 12? tall when inflated, used for the promotion of the band’s 1970 album Atom Heart Mother, signed on the udder in blue and black ballpoint by Roger Waters, David Gilmour, and Rick Wright, and on the base in blue ballpoint by Nick Mason, who adds “Pink Floyd” in bubble letters. Includes the original promotional box from Capitol Records and an unsigned color poster for Atom Heart Mother, 36 x 24, featuring an image of the bovine-related front cover. In overall fine condition, with slight soiling and the signatures faded but legible on the udder, and some tack holes, light dampstaining, and partial separations to expected storage folds to the poster. Nearly impossible to find with or without signatures, this udder ties in with Pink Floyd’s penchant for barnyard blowups; the band routinely utilized giant inflatable pigs during their legendary live shows.
