Pin Up Girl (20th Century Fox, 1944). One Sheet (27" X 41"). The glamorous gams of Betty Grable, the most famous pinup girl of WWII, are the focus of this gorgeous wartime musical poster. Grable works in a USO canteen, where she falls for war hero John Harvey. By posing as a famous Broadway star in order to be near her new love, she ends up being a star for real. Grable and co-stars Martha Raye and Joe E. Brown sing and dance in such numbers as "I'll Be Marching to a Love Song," and Grable dances with legendary choreographer Hermes Pan in "Once Too Often." This one sheet has fold wear with separations, tears on the edge and in the credits, tape scuffs and holes, and a few stains. The poster has been professionally restored and mounted on linen, leaving it with a very clean appearance. Fine on Linen.
