Incomplete document for du Pont appointing attorneys to vote on his behalf for shares of stock in the Telephone Improvement Company at their annual meeting. Signed at the conclusion by du Pont. In fine condition, with two vertical folds, one through a single letter of signature, and a small pencil notation to top.
