If you choose method of payment as credit card your invoice will be charged immediately after the auction.

All items sold as is where is with no warranty expressed or implied. Aucthenticity is up to the buyer to verify before bidding
All purchases must be paid for on auction day unless doing an absentee bid. There is a 18 percent buyers premium added to all successful bids.

Sales tax will be collected unless a valid Provincial Sales Tax number is on file with us.
Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold to a bidder (by identification of the bidder number); a verbal contract is consummated and liability for the item(s), including responsibility for payment rests with the bidder.
Merchandise must be removed from auction premises within 4 business days following the sale to avoid a storage charge of 10% per lot, per day. Shipping and/or freight can be arranged at purchaser’s expense.
