Pieper Bergmann Patent Model 1910/21 Semi-Automatic Pistol
This is an example of a Bergmann semi-automatic pistol as manufactured in Belgium. The left side of the barrel extension is marked "BREVETE./ S.G.D.G." and "ANCIENS ETABLISSEMENTS PIEPER/ HERSTAL-LIEGE./ BERGMANN'S PATENT.", with the serial number on the underside of the frame. A series of Belgian proofmarks are visible on the barrel, extension, breechblock and frame, with "4523" on the right rear side of the frame and a matching partial number on the cocking knob. Checkered plastic grips, with a matching number on one panel, the other "6363". Magazine is numbered to match the pistol.

Condition: Excellent, with 90% of the original blue finish, showing areas of gray patina at the muzzle and along the high edges, mild handling marks and a few areas of spotting. Grips are fair as partial replacements, loose with pressure dents. Mechanically very good.
