It is sent from “BOMBAY PHILATELIC CO. | Sambhava Chambers, | Sir Phirozeshah Mehta Road, | Fort, Bombay 1.” with a round dispatch seal “BOMBAY G.P.O. | 2 FEB 63” on the front and a delivery seal on the back as “BOMBAY – 1 | DELY. | 2 FEB. 63”, excellent condition, Very Rare.
