Wedge, Lansing, Michigan, with original envelope. Harvey Fletcher (1884-1981) responds to Wedge regarding renewing some old records and writes in part: “I, however, have had no experience in working with old records and am afraid I could give you little help.” Fletcher is credited with credited with the invention of the hearing aid and audiometer.
