<B>Philipsburg, PA</B></I> - $10 1882 Brown Back Fr. 486 <B>The First NB</B></I> Ch. # (E)4832<BR> Long before modern research indicated that several hitherto unnoticed signature combinations were in fact prohibitively rare, the Rosecrans-Morgan combination on Brown Backs was a well established National Bank Note rarity. While the $5 has become somewhat more available in recent years, the $10 is still quite scarce, with a population of about a dozen or so, and the $20 is still extremely rare.
