Philadelphia percussion derringer, .41 caliber 4-1/2” barrel, 8-1/4” overall, marked Gillespie on lock and barrel. The pistol remains in very good original condition showing a grey to brown patina finish withgood case hardening showing on lock and breech. The barrel shows some light to moderate pitting but generally good overall with good to very good wood and sharp checkering. The mounts are German silver, the triggerguard slightly engraved.
