Philadelphia Style Derringer Percussion Pistol with Engraved Brass Stock
Brass blade front and notch rear sights, with engraved breech and a Southern-style retaining screw. Additional engraving is present on the hammer, bolster, lock, screws and solid silver trigger guard. The grip section is made from two expertly fitted pieces of silver finished brass, with a Schnabel tip, scroll engraving and a checkered bird's head butt.

Good, with a dull gray patina on the barrel, hammer and tang with scattered pitting. A few traces of original silver are visible, strongest below the barrel, with scattered light dings, and the trigger guard shows a few light scratches overall. Nipple is battered, otherwise mechanically fine.
